About Dani
For over 15 years, Dani has worked as a coach, facilitator, program designer, and consultant—supporting leaders across nonprofits, school districts, tech start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies, including Warner Bros., Dropbox, and Snapchat.
Her work draws on deep expertise in trauma, psychology, and social identity theory—spanning race, gender, and sexuality—and how these dynamics shape workplace and career experiences.
Dani is known for creating transformative learning spaces and is often celebrated for her empathy, insight, and curiosity.
She is currently completing her ICA Leadership & Performance Coaching Certification through Brown University’s School of Professional Studies. Dani holds a B.A. in Sociology from UC Berkeley and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
